2014 May 20th 4 p.m. Cary Home Work Day
Help replant and tidy the Cary Home Savanna! In 2013, nearly 180 volunteers planted 9,000 plugs to form the Cary Home Savanna. We'll be working to maintain the savanna starting on April 22nd and every third Thursday monthly through the summer. Please wear appropriate clothes and bring water! All equipment provided!
2014 May 3rd 10 a.m. - noon Tree Lafayette Arbor Day
Join Tree Lafayette for the 22nd annual Arbor Day at Glen Acres Elementary School at 3767 Kimberly Drive Lafayette, Indiana 47905. Volunteers will plant 70 trees as part of the Glen Acres Arboretum! Volunteers should wear appropriate clothes and closed-toed shoes. Volunteer online!

2014 April - May 3pm-5 pm RIP (Remove Invasive Plants)
The remove invasive plants (RIP) Squad is having its Spring 2014Workdays to remove invasive garlic mustard from our West Lafayette and Tippecanoe County parks every Tuesday afternoon from 3-5pm beginning April 1stand going through May 30th. Check our flyer for workday dates and locations.

2014 April 19th 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. De-Trash the Wabash
Participate in the De-Trash the Wabash 2014 Spring Event on April 19th. The event begins at 9 AM and lasting until 1 pm at the Tapawingo/Riverside Skate Park. In the event of a rain event, the cleanup will be rescheduled for May 10th. Volunteer registration at 9 am at the Riverside Skate Center. FREE PARKING at Wabash Landing!
Volunteers should bring a non-disposable water bottle, wear rugged shoes, and dress for the weather. Register online!

2013 July 13 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Wabash Riverfest
Wabash Riverfest brings nearly 4,000 visitors to Tapawingo Park the second Saturday in July! Listen to live music, watch thrilling voyageur canoe rides, learn about conservation groups in the area, take a pony ride, run in our Clear-Blue-Green 5K and more! We need help organizing the event, setting and cleaning up, kids area attendants, information booth staff and more. Learn more or volunteer!
