2016 May 25th at 4 pm  - Tecumseh Junior High School maintenance

Help maintain the native planting bed at Tecumseh Jr. High School (2101 S 18th Street, Lafayette). Meet other volunteers at the main school entrance at 4 pm. Volunteer four or more hours with WREC and receive a free rain barrel kit - rain barrel, stand, and diverter included!  Sign up here or contact WREC for more information.

2016 May 25th at 6 pm  - Grace United Methodist Church rain garden planting

Volunteers are needed to plant rain gardens in the parking lot at Grace United Methodist Church (615 N 22nd St, Lafayette) on Wednesday, May 25th from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.  Volunteer four or more hours with WREC and receive a free rain barrel kit - rain barrel, stand, and diverter included!  Sign up here or contact WREC for more information. 

2016 May 26th at 4 pm  - Oakland Elementary School rain garden maintenance

Volunteers are needed to maintain rain gardens at Oakland Elementary School (611 S 21st St, Lafayette) on Thursday, May 26th from 4:00 until 5:30 pm.  Volunteer four or more hours with WREC and receive a free rain barrel kit - rain barrel, stand, and diverter included!  Sign up here or contact WREC for more information.

2016 May 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm - RIP Squad (Remove Invasive Plants) Events

Join the Rip Squad, West Central Chapter of the Indiana Native Plant and Wildflower Society and Sycamore Audubon Society in cooperation with West Lafayette Parks and Recreation and Tippecanoe County parks. Tuesdays at West Lafayette Parks, Thursday at Tippecanoe County Parks April 5- May 26. Learn more about the program and view specific dates at each park!

2016 July 9th - Wabash Riverfest 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Join WREC and our partners to set up, staff and tear down Wabash Riverfest! Volunteers receive a free t-shirt and if you volunteer for 4 or more hours, a rain barrel voucher! Learn more and volunteer!   

2016 September 16th - Wabash Sampling Blitz 2:30-5:00 pm as your schedule allows!
