Wabash Riverfest

Annually, the Wabash River Enhancement Corporation hosts Wabash Riverfest. On the second Saturday in July, Tapawingo Park hosts nearly 3000 visitors including runners, paddlers and educational and river enthusiasts. This free, family friendly event includes a morning 5K run, hourly voyageur canoe races, music from SAMI and the Dulcimer Gathering and educational and kids activities from river and environmental groups.
