Board Structure
The Wabash River Enhancement Corporation is governed by a nine member board of directors including:
- Mayor, City of Lafayette
- Mayor, City of West Lafayette
- Tippecanoe County Commisioner representative
- Tippecanoe County Council representative
- Purdue University President, or designee
- City of Lafayette Park and Recreation Board representative
- City of West Lafayette Park and Recreation Board representative
- Tippecanoe County Park and Recreation Board representative
- Wabash River Parkway Commission representative
Current Board 
The Wabash River Enhancement Corporation board of directors meets the last Friday of odd months (January, March, May, July, September, and November) and includes:
- Tony Roswarski, Mayor, City of Lafayette
- John Dennis, Mayor, City of West Lafayette
- Tom Murtaugh, Tippecanoe County Commisioner representative
- Andy Gutwein, Tippecanoe County Council representative
- John Collier, Purdue University designee
- Ted Bumbleburg, City of Lafayette Park and Recreation Board representative
- Mike Dana,City of West Lafayette Park and Recreation Board representative
- John Gambs, Tippecanoe County Park and Recreation Board representative
- Norman Neiburger, community representative
